I'm left-handed and have always worn on the left wrist.
I guess a bonus is that that hand is more active, so automatic watches get wound more
I'm right-handed and wear my watches on my left wrist. I also wear my watches dial-side up. I cannot stand those who wear their watches with the dial on the inside of the wrist. Just a peculiarity of mine...

Life is tough. It's tougher if you're stupid.
Using the search function would have lead you to this poll: https://forums.watchuseek.com/showthr...ight=left+hand
Hey Mike thanks for the stats...
Scott - I cant stand that more than anything else..
Dial up ALWAYS!
The only person I knew who wore his watch on the inside of his wrist did so as a carry over from Vietnam. In the field, inside the wrist was less reflective, and protected the watch somewhat. I would call those good reasons. BTW, he was a very likable fellow, not someone that others could not stand.
My sig is no sig.
While I was a teen, I had my watch on either wrist, but I have settled in with my watch on my left wrist. I may have even tried wearing it on the inside of my wrist, but that didn't last too long.
