It's unique all right but I don't think that I will be putting a bid in for it. Not that I'm too poor to even think about it or anything like that.

I hope a museum gets that and it doesn't sit in some guy's bedroom, or worse yet get worn.

Guys, I really really really do understand that there was a hack and that my password was reset, but I'm about to take a year off from WUS if you can't stop telling me about it every time I log in. With my password. That you reset.

Extremely cool and at a very reasonable price. I too hope it ends up in a museum rather than next to some poser watches in someones private collection.

"What's more is the watch still has residue on it from not only Scott's time on the lunar surface, but also wear and tear from re-entry."

A very nice vintage watch but if I had the money and was lucky enough to win the auction the first thing I would do is take it to a jeweler and have all that residue removed, the case polished and the plexi replaced. Really who wants to wear someone else's moon and re-entry residue on your wrist?
