To regulate or not to regulate?

What's up folks, I purchased a B&M Capeland in November and have owned it for about a month. I've been tracking the daily deviation and I am averaging about +6.5s/d, +4/-2 and I am debating if I should regulate it or not. It's a Valjoux 7751 movement, the deviation is fairly consistent, but is it worth it to open up the watch and regulate it this early, or should I just continue with it and adjust as necessary.

So effectively you need to fiddle with it once a week. I say keep it as it is.

    I'd leave it alone.

Nate Dogg and Warren G had to regulate. You do not.

It sounds as if it's keeping great time as is, but I do love to open up a casebook and fiddle around. If you're careful, with the right tools, what can it hurt?

It's slightly faster than I would like, but it's early days. Give it another month or two. Also have you figured out the slowest resting position yet? That will help if you rest the watch that way overnight.

I'm usually quick to regulate though.. in this case I would know the watch is capable of staying within +2/+3 or so, and it would bug me when I'm not getting it.. Still, get to know it better first, some movements actually slow slow down slightly too after breaking in but either way you'll get better and figuring out how to slow it down.
