    Reseting Chronograph

I inadvertently reset my new chronograph while the crown was pulled out. Now the second hand will only reset to the 10 sec mark instead of the 60 second mark. I've repeatedly tried to reset it but the second hand will not reset to 12 o'clock. Does the watch need to be serviced or will it reset by some stroke of luck?

    Ughhhh! >

I was hoping you'd say it was a quartz - there's a pretty easy re-set fix for quartz chronos. I'll bet you're looking at a trip to the watchmaker.

Yeah, sounds like it might be an issue.

I've always thought the chrono worked completely independently from sweep second and minute hands. Will it also be really bad if someone were to reset the chrono without stopping the timer first?

    Re: Reseting Chronograph

I was able to speak with the distributor in the US and now know where to send it to get serviced, RGM.
I was wondering about upgrading and having the screws replaced with tempered screws. It is purely aesthetic, however, I feel it would compliment the tempered hands on the face of the watch. If the price in reasonable and it will not void the warranty, it might be worth it. I will keep all posted as to how the process goes. I am sure for future reference someone might find this useful.
