    Do you prefer the datejust or the oyster perpetual no date?

    It depends on the model.. In this case, I like the Datejust over the Oyster Perpetual.

    In your original post you said it is the Oyster Perpetual and the Datejust you were considering… I'll take a sub no date over a sub date, an explorer over a date just, etc.

    Despite the fact that I generally prefer dateless watches--especially on vintages--I've grown to love the DJ and its cyclops.

    Don't mind a date function, but can't do the cyclops thing, so I like the no-date too.

    My other half bought the Perpetual with black dial and pink markers and numerals (116000).
    Even if that weren't the case, I'd still say no date because the explorer style dial is hot.
