If I truly wanted/needed a chronograph, I would get something way cheaper, thinking of it as a sports watch, something like the Speedy, a Ball Cannonball, whatever, and, if I wanted to spend a bunch of money on an AP or a Rolex, I would get one with a cleaner dial--no chrono functions--plenty to choose from.

Get what most appeals to you and enjoy it.

I would get the royal oak chrono. Beautiful watch all the around. The other 2 don't really do anything for me.

I do like chronos , but not on an expensive watch as they do considerably clutter up the face.
Life is short. Enjoy the ride!

If your heart is set on a chrono, take a look at the speedmaster, tons of options, and 1 of the l.e.'s is in my top 10. Omega for the win!

I would choose none of the above. I prefer the current ceramic bezel Daytonas in black or white, or the blue time-only Royal Oak.

I'd just get an all ceramic Moonwatch. Or a Centigraph sportline if I wanted to spend upwards of $25k on a chronograph.
