Try contacting Seagull or Invicta directly, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

A good movement won't be easy, or inexpensive, to source, IMO.

    Invicta.
    Tourbillion.
    Wow.
What happened to it? How long did you have it? How much did it cost you?
    Got a pic?

This company might sell you the movement. An Introduction of Chinese Mechanical Watch Movements
If not then buy a watch off of ebay with that movement. It can be had for not much money.
but is it really worth the trouble?Invicta and the other companies that sell the chinese tourbillon watches
don't service them. They have the movement exchanged by the supplier.
Basically when buying this movement,if it goes bad,you are screwed.

You can also try searching for ST80 which is the Sea-Gull designation for the movement.
