A serious case of bad luck

Sadly, I just received my second defective Invicta watch this month. I ordered the Invicta Executive and it arrived dead. I changed the battery and still met with negative results. Im usually the one to defend these guys, but they'll have to improve their quality control to keep customers coming back.

Wow, nothing sucks more than waiting for a new watch only to find it's broken or defective. My sympathies to you; and best of luck with your return of the watch.

Darn sorry to hear that. I can't say anythign about Invicta's new lineup, but the models i have from 2+ years ago were great out of the box and continue to still be terrific. I guess they are losing the touch they once had.

I'm sure Invictas just going through some growing pains. On a completely different watch forum, I've been reading numerous threads about Invictas arriving dead. Numerous people received the Subaqua noma III and it too was a dead soldier upon arrival. My watch was only $99.00 dollars, Those guys spent $2400.00. I'm not mad at Invicta, and life's too short to sweat the small stuff, however, Invicta has to slow down a bit and Improve on their quality control aspects. I wish them luck...

When you say "serious case of bad luck" if you mean that somehow this is the rare case, I think not. If you received two bad watches, simple QC statistics says this watch has a serious QC problem. A company that send two bad watches has some serious QC issues. If you're looking to disappoint your son, send for a third, with some serious bad luck, it'll work for a few days, then break...actully, you're lucky, you can get your money back and buy a watch from a company that doesn't inflict "bad luck" on their customers.
