    Show us your alarm watch!

Recently I have become quite interested in Alarm watches.
A function that is extremely useful but rarely spoken about here.
I would love to have one someday.

    Who has one?
What do you use it for and show us a picture!

    Quartz or mechanical?

My Breitling Aerospace has a loud alarm and minute repeater function. Agree, extremely useful but not many watches now days have them. I never rely on a cell phone for a wake up alarm.

JLC's older Master Memovox, a beautiful chime though I have not used the function for anything specific yet . . .

I use to have a Russian mechanical alarm, but the only one left in my collection is a quartz. I like the alarm function and I've been on the hunt for a Revue Thommen Cricket for a while now. I will have a mechanical alarm back in the collection for sure.

One of these two is usually in my bag when I travel for business (ready for my morning run). The alarms serve as a usful back up to my phone alarm to wake me up after the inevitably heavy night before:

Are you kidding me?? I have posted these elsewhere and on similar subject. I don't think they ever get old. Here goes (you asked for it)...:

The Cricket to start it off:

The whole family... minus a few:

    A few close-up portraits...:

    Now a few LCD LED's...:

Now, lets see where did I put those others at... I don't know, I'll probably find them and add later. I'm sure there's a few in the mail as well. Can't pick 'em up as cheap as I used to now.

Yeah... I like alarm wristwatches... thanx for asking!!

Alarm watches are a fun complication. Here's my steel Girard Perregaux alarm watch, manufactured in the 1970's.
