    Which Slide rule watch

Looking to buy a slide rule watch.

Budget is not an issue, and vintage and used is fine

Breitling is the most obvious contender but which ones should i consider?

Are there any other brands worth looking at?

    Size nothing over 44mm

    Cheers

Look at the Sinn 903 - It’s nicer than the Navitimer IMO.

    Yeah, I second the Sinn.

I would go vintage with this Heuer pilots. 43mm . Quartz. They have not messed up the date window placement.

A few of us who went to school before pocket calculators were invented are still around.

I still use one. Not on a watch though, my old school one.

Yep, holding my 'SIC 1570' right now, doing vector addition on it was incredible at the time, now it just sits in its case, a relic.

I also own a Sinn 903 - excellent watch for the money. On the other end of the spectrum, I just got a Seiko SNA411 Flightmaster. Recently discontinued, so I paid $300, but such a fun casual watch. The yellow compass markings on the bezel and yellow chrono hands make it perfect for a MN strap. It's a very small 42mm watch due to the extremely short lug width. It is quartz, it that bothers you. Seiko's current version is solar, 45 mm and I don't think the dial has as much character as this one.
