Small wrist, need suggestions. Looking for a watch with a blue dial.

The circumference of my wrist is 158 mm (6.2") and the top has 45 mm of usable flat width.

I'm looking for a watch that has a blue dial or as a second option blue hands that are on the lighter side. I'd like the dial to be eye catching. Preferably a metal band that is silver colored. I like the style of band on the watch I mention below.

I did some googling and found a watch Seiko SARB045 but can't find it on the Seiko homepage and I suspect it might be too large. I'm thinking that a watch for my wrist should be <38 mm diameter for the case with minimal lugs.

The last watch that I owned was the kind that had candy inside of it, so I don't know what I'm doing. I'm in EU and willing to spend about €500-600 for a watch, but I'd be perfectly fine with a gorgeous €100 watch too.

I think but I'm not entirely sure that the seiko you mention is a Japanese domestic model only. You may have to buy it online though a japanese seller such as this. The specs are on there as well.
    Seiko 6R15 Automatic

Longines make a similar watch but it's VERY small (29.5mm)

But in your price range, quality wise - no swiss watch can hold a candle to the Seiko.
    cheers.

AquaTerra Skyfall meets your requirements almost to the letter (it's 38.5) but you'd have to add another "0" to your budget :(

Less than 38mm is not easy to find nowadays, but I recently discovered that Glycine now make the Combat 6 Automatic in a 36mm size. It's available with a blue dial. They do sapphire & non sapphire versions and prices vary, but should be within budget.

While I am not keen on suggesting models of a big brand that use mundane movements, I have always quite liked the Omega Speedmaster CART edition:

The garish CART logo at 6 o'clock has always turned me off of it whenever I got close, but if it is something you can live with, I think it is a really cool looking watch. It's also of the 'reduced' speedmaster collection, so it would fit our wrists (mine is a mere 6.25'')

    Good luck in the hunt.

Seiyatime.com in Japan is a great source for Japan-domestic model (JDM) watches. I bought a Seiko SARB033, which is very similar to the SARB045 but with a black dial, from him several years ago and shipping to the US was no problem. Lovely watch, wears on the smaller side. Well made and highly accurate. You'd probably need to find the one you mentioned used, but it would be a great choice.

Lots of people love the Seiko SARB065 "Cocktail Time," if a light blue dial works for you. And I just noticed it's 40mm. Someone else may be able to tell you if it wears large or small.

He has it on his site for $499 US, although they do come up on the sales forums from time to time.

Look for an IWC Portofino or a Rolex Air King. Both have 34 mm widths, and both offered blue dial options.

EDIT: nevermind, I just saw how low your budget is. You'd be lucky to score either of them used with that limit.

There are a lot of people either not reading what the OPs budget is, or know of some places for amazing bargains!
