    I don't see any problem changing straps; but the long stem at 12 may be a problem.

    Just shift the numerals 90 degrees counter clockwise and that pocket watch dial will fit nicely into one of those Panerai homages. You'll need to install the 9 upside down at 6 though.

    Tavannes movement that I'll be fitting. It came out of a CYMA pocket watch that got scrapped for its gold.

    Thanx John, it's a two piece mount, inside is the case's original crown/stem tube relocated to is new position, I then encapsulated it with a hard rubber outer box tube to add rigidity and water resistance. This watch can get wet, not shower level wet but splashed or rained on.

    Of the builds I've done over the years this is my second favorite.
