Grand Seiko SBGY003. Granted, it has no bracelet, but you really can't go wrong with this.

How about a Cartier Santos Medium? It's 35mm/8.9mm thick with their in house 1847 MC, but it's a square case so will look larger. It does a reasonable job of double duty - 100m WR as a "sport" watch but credible as a dress. Bracelet is super comfortable and easy to adjust without tools (go check out youtube videos).

The Santos was never on my radar, but I was in an AD last week that carried Cartier, and the salesman made me try on the blue dial Santos Large and I was pleasantly surprised by it - in fact, that was the thought in my head that made your title stand out to me: what a comfortable wear. I'd say it's now very high on my list.

You mean a new watch on a bracelet. The thousands of models that have gone before and new watches on a strap are not to be considered, therefore not the most comfortable watch in the world.

Some of my most comfortable watches are vintage on a strap.
