Suggestions - present for my brother - 7754 GMT Chrono

    Hi All,

Need some assitance. I'm flying to meet family in a few weeks and I want to pick up a wedding present for my bro. He has similar needs and tastes as i do, so I want to check if anybody can recommend the best value for money buy that has a GMT Chrono. I'm not all that rich at the moment but also want to get him something that is useful and will stay on the wrist for a long time.
I know the 7754 is a reliable movement and I know a lot of brands use it, Chopard, Fortis, Longines, even UN, I think Vulcain, Davosa and few of the other smaller players. He is not into watches that much so it will have to be one of the more popular brands in Subcontinental asia. All suggestions welcome.

    Thanks

This is the watch you're looking for. Montblanc Star GMT Chronograph, with a 7754. I just saw that Joma is running a special on select Montblancs and you can buy it right now for about $2500 (MSRP is $4555), with a 3 year Joma warranty. I absolutely love mine:

although i would like to get him a pp worldtime, i possibly couldnt! entry level prices at 2.5k
he does not know much about watches though, so something mechanical and functional.
what if i take out the chrono and make it a sporty gmt? or gmt with world time...
