    Swiss/German Automatic Chronograph under £750/$1000

What's out there chaps? Including used and grey.

So far I have found the Hamilton Jazzmaster, Raymond Weil Maestro, Certina DS Podium, and Tissot PRC200.

Search ebay for "Eta 7750" or "Valjoux 7750" and you'll get a pretty good market overview. With some few exceptions, all Swiss/German automatic chronos in that price range use the Eta "Valjoux" 775x movement family.

    Here is one of mine:

Bulova Gemini Chronographs come in several models and are usually well below $1k.

Take a look at the Steinhart Ocean 1 chrono. You ought to be able to swing it for your budget.
