Swiss Legend - Taking Stupidity Up a Notch

I found an ad for a Swiss Legend 1000m diver on the Bay, parts of which I just have to share.

    Items Included:
    watch
    gift box
    ac adapter
    warranty card
    instructions
    original box

That AC adapter will come in handy for when I need to charge my automatic watch. But my favourite section is:

Hold your breath with anticipation for this 1000 meter diver watch Solid silver-tone stainless steel forms this substantial 16mm thick case housing a swift Swiss ETA automatic movement. When you are diving down 1000 meters, a unidirectional rotating bezel becomes a necessity to measure your air supply. Stationed at 4:00 on the case is an oversized crown for easy manipulation while wearing a wet suit with gloves.

Is it just me, or would you be worried about things other than your bezel if you found yourself diving at 1000m?

at that depth i don't think you would have a care in the world. lol
i do think the a/c charger is for a watch winder that SWI often packages with some of their automatic time pieces.
Enjoying a life far better than I deserve...

What really impresses me is the "solid silver-tone stainless case". But the deal sealer is the oversized crown so you can manipulate it while wearing gloves!
Obviously written by non-wis ad man.

I really don't suggest operating the crown at 1000m, you may get water infiltration.

Then again, I don't suggest diving to 1000m, PERIOD. Water may infiltrate more than your watch.
