"Swiss Military Watch"... anyone have info on this brand?

Is it related to Swiss Army? Wenger? Im curious because I found a model on Gnomons site that has caught my eye and it may become my next watch. I dont know anything about this brand and all my searches lead me to SA links with no info on this model or brand.

Pics and info borrowed from Gnomons site... an all PVD version and SS case/PVD bezel version. Both fitted with tritium vials, saphire, 42mm, WR200. I think they look great... leaning towards the SS with PVD bezel.

What do you guys know/think about these watches? THANKS!

The only Swiss Military Watch I knew is produced by Charmex SA in Switzerland, but the logo is different.

I don't know who is this Swiss Military.
The only one I know have this logo (cf Mike)

And is affiliated (not completely) to Wenger (Bought by Victorinox Swiss Army). But the only common point is the robust style. These 3 brand work separated. With PVD, I prefer that. (Dive Master 500 Auto Titane - PVD - Helium Valve ) with a 2898 (2892 A2 variation with specific big date ). But price is high (1300 USD) and model is limited (900 ex).
