    Thoughts on Montblanc watches?

Especially those lower end like timewalker. Did a quick search and did not yield much results! So yea, I would definitely need this forum assistance for my first milestone timepiece purchase

Lots of talk on MB watches around here. You could do a lot worse then a Time Walker! Nice watch.

Montblanc has some intriguing designs. I like 'em :)

As always, shoot for a nice discount.

Montblanc has come a long ways in a relatively short time. They have produced a number of manufacture movements, and now deserved to be known as a great maker of watches (not just of pens). They definitely are in no way a fashion brand. They are a brand on the horological rise. While I have not seen the one signature offering that moves me to want to buy for the prices they command (or I can afford), I no doubt the brand makes any number of impressive watches.

Might want to consider their horrible resale value but other than that, they make pretty decent watches.

I was only interested in Montblanc's lubeless movement. But i can't remember the name of it or the watch it was used in.
It doesn't matter how much the watch costs, it only matters if it makes your heart tick.
