    Exclamation Timex Easy Reader Question

Are these the same Timex watches but one looks darker due to lighting? If not does anyone know where I can get the darker one from. Thanks

Have you looked at Timex.com? The website is pretty good and shows all the easy readers. I don't think the dark one is a choice at all though.

The impossible to read easy reader?

What's next, the "max comfort" watch strap made of broken glass shards?

    Re: Timex Easy Reader Question

A low contrast Easy Reader seems to defeat the purpose. The picture on the right has every indication of being severly underexposed. Check the Timex website as well as Wallmart, Kohls, Target and any other large retailer for the Easy Reader.

well i previously did look on the timex site and the darker one isnt there, also looked everywhere online so im thinking its just a darker more poor pic and they are the same. What u think?

plus in the GQ article of black-out-watches it shows the lighter one http://www.gq.com/style/wear-it-now/...s-photos#intro.

I have only seen the Easy Reader w/ a white dial or a black dial w/ white numbers.

Its indiglo, so the correct time is only a push of a button away.

    Re: Timex Easy Reader Question

Try timex.ca or any UK watch site.
Timex seems to have better distribution outside of the US.

The T2N346 "easy" reader's dial "blackness" varies with light source. Enter a semi-dark room and you'll need the indiglo.
The strap seems narrow: the lug width is only 20mm and the strap tapers. An easy fix.

I found mine in a display case, already cheap plus an extra 30% off. Bought it on a whim for the "WTF??" factor.
On the dresser shaking in fear with the other "wife-is-allowed-to-wear" watches. (no beater is safe!)
