Tissot Le Locle: Real or Fake?

Came across this listing on ebay while looking at watches:

Tissot Le Locle Swiss Automatic Mens Watch | eBay

From what I can observe, on the back of the watch there is a large golden piece near the top that other Le Locles don't seem to have. In addition, the seller listed quartz movement in the description instead of the supposed ETA. Furthermore, do normal Tissots come with the blue tape on the deployment clasp?

    Thanks for all the help!

Wrong, seller mentioned it is an automatic movement and checked by a watchmaker.
