Tool to get back off Marathon JSAR, but case too large

I need to change the battery in my JSAR. I was going to give it a go myself and looking around in the UK for a tool to do this I seemed to find various versions of what basically looked like the same thing and I eventually went for

WMicroUK Watch Repair Tool Kit Set, High Quality 144Pcs Watch Repair Tool Kit Set: Amazon.co.uk: Watches

This cost the princely sum of £11 and so I was not expecting much and actually the tools themselves, whilst not brilliantly made, are I think worth the money.

However the problem is the tool to remove the case back cannot open wide enough to match the lug holes on the back of the JSAR. It fits my other watches fine, but not the JSAR.

Can anybody recommend a tool that can do this, preferably that is available in the UK?

Not much to grip on my Breitling and was extremely tight. I super glued a big nut on. Put in vise with wood blocks to hold and not mark the case. Had plenty of leverage with the wrench. Then took off the nut by using nail polish remover. Not a mark on the back.

Well that was not what I was expecting, but I like the lateral approach. Doing this on a JSAR would be bad enough, but on a Breitling, you are on brave man!!!

I think I would stick with using a jeweler. The one I used to use has unfortunately retired, so I need to find another. I was just thinking that as the JSAR is such a basic ESA movement I should be able to do this myself.
