Which top brand has never made quartz?

    Hi everyone,

I am a relative watch rookie and am wondering which top brands have never made quartz watches for men?

I know Rolex, JLC, VC, and Patek for starters HAVE made quartz.

Blancpain advertises that they never have and never will.

Which other top brands have never made quartz watches? By top brands, aside from the ones mentioned, ones like Breguet, AP, Glashutte Original, ALS, Parmigiani, UN, etc.

Thanks in advance for your replies! Take care and have a great weekend everyone.

Several of the top brands you are mentioning are in fact BornAgainBrands.
They have been resurrected recently, as a Top Brand.
All the Top Brands that managed to survuve and live through the Great Brand deatch in the 70's, made some really nice Quartz powered watches. That is the reason why they survived, as very few people bought oldfashioned mechanical watches.

"Blancpain advertises that they never have and never will."

    Breguet.

And thinking of it, I don't think I've ever seen a quartz Panerai.

No, not GO. But it is a new brand.
Every brand with an uninterrupted manufacturing history has made (or make ) Quartz.

I was really surprised that PP still make quartz powered watches.
For that price you expect mechanic.
But the salesguy told me that the quartz movement is entirely made by PP.
(a new guy, does not know me)

Though mind, as Janne indicated, that Blancpain does not have a continuous history, the present Blancpain is a new revival trading on the name of the original Blancpain. So the claim, while strictly accurate, is I think slightly misleading in its connotation.
