Rolling eyes True slim Dress watch under $1k - what is your suggestion

Hi folks, as the title said, what is your suggestion for the true dress watch with a budget under $1k?
With "true dress" I mean a watch with a slim, thin case and a simple dial.

    Thank you

Mido Baroncelli...the nomenclature after that is a bit confusing. Si has the newest version of the Powermatic 80 with some upgraded, silicon parts, but you may see them listed as Si, Heritage, or III. If you start here:

you can get probably the best overview of the models.

This one uses the 2892 branded for Mido. Just under 7 mm.

I saw the Eterna Madison on the internet for a little over $800! This is an insane price for a gorgeous finely made watch. I love mine.

    2 others.

    #1: Junghans Max Bill.

#2: Junghans Meister Hand Wind. MSRP is $1300; it might take some effort to fit the budget. There may be dealers in Germany or Spain to check out. (There's next to no gray market US presence for these.) But 38 x 7.3 mm, and elegantly simple:

I don't know how dressy you would consider this, but I'm rather fond of this Christopher Ward C5 Malvern Slimline I picked up earlier this year.

Hand-winding Sellita (4 Hz), no date.

I have only one that was under 1K and it was way under. It is however slim, simple and comfortable to wear.

Unless you work or relax in an atmosphere where people actually look at your watch I' look to Seiko for something affordable that meats your criteria. That one of mine is a fine little watch, I stuck it on a Hirsch Duke and the strap classed my old Seiko Quartz up very nicely.

I do like the suggestions posted already but have several other watches that are dressy but don't meet the cost ceiling. I posted what I have, sorry.

If I may, check out this thread I started earlier this year looking for something similar. Folks chimed in with some good suggestions. Maybe it'll spark an idea!

Options for a 36–40mm no date casual dress watch?

Hand-wind or quartz is the way to go, always 3mm thinner than the thinnest automatic watch (not talking about high-end watches with micro-rotors).
