    Tudors for thoughts.

    Hey Guys!

I've been on a 1 year hiatus from watch purchases but the time has come to splash the cash :D

I was really impressed with Tudor's showing (yet again) at Basel earlier this year and I'm pretty much undecided on 2 of these models:

    Tudor Ranger

    Tudor Black Bay Midnight Blue

An order has already been placed with my friend at an AD upon the arrival of the BB Blue BUT... I'm kinda having 2nd thoughts when I looked at the Ranger.
Now, based on my current collection, which of either will you go for?

Kindly note that I'm solely concentrating on these 2 models so there isn't a need for other suggestions. Cheers

Triple B with bracelet option. I like the new Ranger, but not quite as much as the BB. I tend to prefer divers though.

I'd go for the Ranger as it's a nice all round field watch and that is something that is missing from your collection, for you already have a diver in the U1.

The Collection: Rolex Oyster Perpetual Explorer 214270 Cal. 3132
Grand Seiko Spring Drive GMT, SBGE005 Cal. 9R66, Omega, Museum, The MD’s Watch, No. 1804/1938, 516.53.39.50.09.001, Cal. 3203, Omega, Seamaster Professional, Planet Ocean 600M, 232.30.42.21.01.001, Cal. 8500, Longines, Legend Diver L3.674.4, L633 (ETA 2836-2 base) Longines, HydroConquest Chronograph, L3.644.4, Valjoux 7750, Tissot Heritage Visodate T0194301603101, ETA 2836-2 Jaquet Droz, Grande Date, No. 8/8, J016933207, Cal. JD 26356.4 (Frederique Piguet base), Eterna, Air Force Chronograph, 8418.41.40.1106, Valjoux 7750, Steinhart, Aviation Pink Gold Carbon, A0702, Unitas 6498, Raymond Weil, Nabucco GMT Automatic, 3800-SCF-05207, ETA 2893-2, a few old Corums, and a vintage Zenith.

Thanks for the comments guys. Keep them coming!

Just a side note, I'm never quite the bracelet guy so either model that I'll be getting will be with the leather strap option.

I like them both. Ranger for a more conservative or dress watch or the BB if you want more sporty.

    Black Bay.

Somehow new Ranger does not speak to me, and I think it's roughly in same category as your Club Dunkel. BB adds more to your collection IMHO.

The Black Bay definitely. The Ranger just doesn't look half as good
