    Typical Intro!

Hello watchuseek community! I've been active for a little bit, but I thought I would formally introduce myself if that was ok! I recently got into watch collecting but my dad has been into watches for quite sometime so I guess that's where this addiction comes from. I recently obtained my "Grail" watch, the Alaska Project Speedy. Influenced my my dad's white Seamaster and blue triple date auto Speed. I often saw those watches and thought they were the coolest timepieces ever. Here is what I have so far, always looking out for the next watch. Let me know what you guys think! A pleasure to join this awesome community!

Typical G-Shocks, Mudman is definitely the favorite here!

The "cheaper" watches. Less wear but I do like them.

The "necessary" SKX and Omega Dynamic my dad handed down to me.

    The higher end pieces.

Bonus picture from the influential purchase.

That Alaska Project Speedy is killer, thanks for sharing. Combined with the Sub you've got a great duo.

Welcome to the forum. Always like seeing that reference (and also the chronograph version) of the Dynamic.

Thank you friends! I do like the Sub and Speedy combination. The Dynamic grew on me. It wasn't my favorite watch at first, I was hoping my father would have given me the Speedy auto, but the Dynamic has lots of character. The faded lume and alligator strap is the best feature of the watch. How many divers are too much for a collection? I always liked the look of the Orient Mako but the SKX and Sub cover that style so well, don't want to overdo it.

Welcome and props on the nicely varied collection with two strong anchor pieces. I'm usually not a fan of any Speedy that does not have a black face, but that Alaska Project is an exception. It has a really clean, classic look to it with a lot of cool black and white contrast. I like it a lot.
