U.S. customers of Christopher Ward - any import duties, taxes, etc.?

    Hello!

I can't find any info anywhere that tells me if I'll have to pay any import duties, taxes, fees, etc. if I buy a Christopher Ward watch and have it shipped to the U.S. from England.

    Anybody know?

    Thanks for any info!

I ordered a watch a month or so back and didn't get charged anything. I just picked it up from the post office and went about my merry way.

I ordered one back in March, and there is no custom charge/tax. The price you pay to CWL is all that you have to worry about.

Another one that never was charged with anything extra from a CW purchase.

I have made several overseas watch purchases and I was only charged customs once for a Steinhart and that amount was right around $12. I had no problem with that.
CW's are priced such that even if you had to pay the fee's it would not amount to much unless you ordered many of their watches for one shipment.
BTW, the watch I paid customs on was shipped via Fed Ex.

You have no real worries as far as big $ for anything other than a seriously expensive watch.

And, CW's are a great VFM plus their customer service is outstanding.
