    The ultimate watch mall?

Spent a day at the Boca Raton Town Center and I must say it is one of the most interesting malls I have ever visited for watch lovers.
A quick list of stores at the mall:

    ADs and Boutiques:
    Bulgari
    Cartier
    Mont Blanc
    Omega
    Swatch
    Ulysse Nardin
Mayors (Rolex, Patek. IWC, Breintling, Jaeger LeCoultre, Tudor to name just those)
    Louis Vuitton

Stores with an interesting watch display:

Fossil (nice large display with some nice mechanicals at the back of the store)
    Guess
    Oakley
    Porsche Design
    Ralph Lauren

Stores you may want to avoid:
    Invicta
    Michael Kors

Stores with large watch selection including brand names: Sears, Buova, Casio, Raymond Weil, Hamilton, Tissot, etc… and a bunch of fashion brands.
    Sears
    Macy's
    Nordstrom
    Saks
    Kay's

And a variety of Kioskes selling mostly fashion brands.

If you're ever in the area, you can spend a fun day just walking around, looking and discussing watches. I was most welcomed and staff was happier to discuss their offerings with me at Ulysse Nardin and Mont Blanc even though I made it clear I was not yet ready to buy.

My wife and I are going to Orlando this month, and there's the Mall at Millenia that has Rolex, Breitling and a few others.

I plan to spend considerable time there.

Boca resident here too since 1998. I'll just add that Mayors jewelers at the mall will be a Tudor AD starting this month sometime. Can't wait to fondle the Pelagos and Black Bay's.

    Re: The ultimate watch mall?

I also spent a couple of years living/working in Boca. Nice place albeit a bit "antiquated" if you get my drift

Even though I wasn't much of a watch fan back then, I remember seeing quite a few places in downtown Miami...Key West, my favourite place in FL has quite a few nice watch boutiques.

But to be really honest, you have not seen watches/malls till you see East Asia (SG, HK, Shanghai) and maybe Dubai. Dubai is one huge mall in some regards...good prices also, especially if going from Europe as I have went recently. Haven't been to Tokio yet and as a JDM fan, when I do eventually end up there I'll probably drool all over the place!
    JDM FTW

My 2 ultimate grails are VFM and TOTC.

Haha, antiquated is an understatement. I've alway referred to Boca Raton as "Gods waiting room". Sad part is I'm getting to that point way too quickly!

I find it has slowly became less and less antiquated over the past 5 to 10 years with a new inflow of University students and younger families moving in.
