Looks like a Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Chronometer 263-67-3/43, and based on the pictures I can't see anything that looks obviously wrong. But I'm certainly no UN expert, so that might not mean much.

Looks like what I would expect to see, but as always buy the seller.

Buy the seller. I've owned a few UN's and see nothing wrong with this.

You could also tell the seller you want to authenticate the watch and would like some time to do that.

I have a UN diver and it has the same DNA as what you are looking at.

    They are great watches, IMHO.

    Re: Ulysse Nardin help

It predates the use of manufacture movements in the Marine Chronometer, which UN started to do in 2012/2013. But their tweaked 2892 was what they used in the Maxi Marine prior to that time, and that’s what this looks like.

If you send the movement number, serial number, and reference number to UN, they will tell you when it was first sold, which will confirm that the numbers align.
