    Updating the watch family album

Whenever I get something cool for myself, like most of us, I'm quick to take a picture, but somehow I never get around to taking those pictures of my husband's watches. His taste ranges from the techy, to the dressy and everything in between. He doesn't have any strong brand loyalty - just if he thinks it's cool, he'll want it. :)

So instead of running around to each subfora and cross-posting, I'll just put them all here in one place.

When you get up in the middle of the night and try to take some pics, the lighting with a consumer digital camera (canon a700) really is fighting a loosing battle.

This post could go in affordable watches, Seiko/Citizen/Orient, or the Casio forums. With a mix of stuff, that makes it the public forum in my book. Then again I'm still just a newb.

All the pics are in the gallery linked in my sig as well.

I like your watches better than your husbands, so I think you have better taste than him.

Why are you taking pictures in the middle of the night?

I had to explain to him why the Sinn 356 Flieger II I got him was cool, but he came around.

Of all those, I like the two Casios and that Seiko looks really nice once you switch out the strap that comes with it to the Hirsch that's shown. What I can't believe though is that he wanted the Seiko AFTER getting the Flieger II for his birthday.

Don't get me wrong, I love Citizen, but maybe there are plenty of ways to do better than that piece. At least it looks different though, I'll give it that!
