    Nice video!
Have you all noticed that Cricket caliber V-10 to V-18 has been equipped with 25 jewels against the previous 17 jewels.
When this happened I do not know, but suspect it happened sometime in 20014-2015.
I have not seen any press release about the upgrade?
The automatic movements for example V-21 has gone from 23 Jewels 36 jewels!

Are there any of you who know more about this?

They had one for sale on ebay not long ago - used maybe. It was going for < $3k. They are good looking watches - especially with the flamed blue accents.

Vulcain just put out a Cricket version of the Aviator Instrument.

Yes! Gemnation has a bunch of Vulcains currently on sale... This one can be had for ~$2600.

Gemnation has gotten really aggressive with the Aviator Instrument (and I have a 10% off coupon to use). Any first hand experiences with this model? I am a little concerned about its size. And Gemnation specifies it has a buckle, but AFAIK, it is a deployment clasp, correct?

I am a bit torn on it. I love the seconds counter barber-pole thingy and the color schemes (thinking the grey dial with red accents). But I want the alarm function (it's Vulcain, after all) and the Aviator Cricket styling does not do it for me.

So, the Aviator Instrument for $2000? Yea or nay?

I think that is a good price on a watch that I'd love to own. Perhaps I would feel differently if I didn't already own a Cricket, but their take on a pilot chronograph is the coolest and most well thought out that I've seen. I love the asymmetrical design elements too. No onion crown, different shaped pushers. It is just cool.

Sent from the voices in my head and transcribed by their drinking buddy.
