Which watch to buy to wear on my wedding?

Looking to spend upto 1000 GBP. Approx 1500 USD. Want something of moderate size. Definitely not big and bulky. Something elegant. A decent brand and something that can be worn now and then on special occasions. And that can be treasured for the future.

    Any suggestions!?

Have a look at the Orient Standard Date or the Seiko SARB series. Either will leave you bags from your £1,000 budget.

Tissot Classic Gents - the bezel is gold - not plated so it'll last. List price 1900 - you can get it sub 1400.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the impending nuptials! Word of advice: buy all the watches you want now, before you get married.

    Longines flagship

    Christopher Ward or Longines.

How about that gigantic Invicta hunk of iron ore thing that that youtube video guys said would be perfect for going to weddings, parties, strip clubs as you'll get everyone's attention?

I'd go for Frederique Constant, they've got some timepieces that really do look beautiful.
