    "Watch" Your Girlfriends

One of my two ex-girlfriends got me for a mint condition Seiko SARG 009. Most likely the latter of the two ......., a short term live-in who fell on tough times. Was with her a couple months in the spring/early summer.

Looking for that piece today I havn't worn in a long time, and it's GONE. History. I do not misplace or lose watches. It's been months since I've laid eyes on that watch,
last I saw it was around the time she was here.

Keep an eye on those timepieces guys. Funny thing is I gave the suspect GF a mesh strap Vostok Amphibia to wear as she really liked it.

Keep on eye on your stuff guys.

Perhaps she observed that you rarely wore it and figured you didn't like it enough so she took it back when she left.....You'd want the engagement ring back, right?

I never gave it to her to "take it back" as you put it.

Oh to be young. Fortunately I don't allow persons in my life, not to mention home I don't trust ;)

By the way if you got the booty and it cost you a cheap Seiko you got off easy. :D

Agreed. Cheap lesson. Learning from mistakes is usually the best way to learn.

    Sux man, feel for you.

Quick question, elaborate please on "hard times". We talking homeless or more like missed a few car payments hard times?

I get it, we all like our beer on tap but maybe the take away here is that it's worth it to have to take stroll to the bar to get your drink on.

The quality of discourse on WUS is trending upwards, I see.
