Watches with a quick strap change system

Im on the lookout for a new watch (ideally luxury). Im looking for something of a one watch, but to keep it interesting id like a watch that i can change the strap on very easily. Im aware of panerai and some IWC models, is there any other brands or models that have easy change systems, thanks

You can easily change the strap on most watches.

Vacheron Overseas. Three straps to choose from (bracelet, leather, rubber) that you can swap easily in under a minute with no tools required.

Only problem is that you're pretty much limited to the three straps provided due to their system.

Get something with 20mm lugs, and switch to quick release straps. Lots of options out there.

I agree with this. It’s the straps themselves that can be changed easily, almost regardless of the watch. Unless you’re talking about watches whose lugs only allow proprietary straps and bracelets.

IWC (the Aquatimer, at least) has a quick change "feature" that is proprietary. I'd much rather have "standard" lugs with 20 or 22 mm width.

And drilled lugs are a bonus, as that makes strap dismount (which is usually the trickier part, and more likely to scratch the lugs) almost as easy as a QR strap.

If you're seriously into higher end pieces, you might also want to consider Bergeron's QR notch cutter for straps. I know greg spitz raves about his; he did so over in the straps forum some months back. But he's a strap maker. It opens you up to any watch you want, with pretty much the entire world of aftermarket straps. It's not something I recommend that often for an individual; it's more of a professional tool, as it's almost $400. And, no, I've yet to see any cheaper models. There's plenty of tools for notching for odd lug configurations, or of course for adding a hole...but not for the QR notch.

As was already mentioned the Cartier Santos 2018 probably has the best set up for quick strap change and link adjustment currently out there.

Getting a watch with drilled-thru lugs will help, all you'll need is a paper clip or similar. Unfortunately not many watches have this, mostly only divers.
