An arrangement like this would solve the problem of the crown biting into your wrist.

Thank you! That watch is just adorable!!! Great choice!

Thanks for your inspiration: good idea to search for "left handed watches".
The tudor looks a little bit too sporty in my opinion. But I love the hands of the Tudor.

You might have a look at the Schaumburg Classoco line in stainless. Not sure if it leans too “dressy” for you, but I think they’re versatile enough for any number of casual strap styles. 40mm with a very small crown (trust me, winding it drives me nuts). They retail around $1,200, I picked up this mint pre-owned blue dial for less than half that...

Maybe dressier than you want, but the vario has a really small crown. It’s a handwind too, and you really have to use the side of your finger to wind it. But the crown won’t bother you when you wear it. https://......./images/MB35aU

There's a whole bunch of Seiko 5 built for comfort with small crowns, many have the crowns countersunk into the case and most below 40mm with 100m WR. Not many with sapphire though.

Not suggesting this one but you get the idea. Just google 'Seiko 5'.

Many dress watches come to mind, but the Farer Lander is a bit sportier. There are several other Farers, including GMTs and three-handers, that share the same case and crown with different dials.

Any Rolex. They all have small crowns. You know, on the dials. It's their logo. I'll get my coat...
