I'm fascinated by watches with unique case designs (the ones that are not too weird!) and wonder why so many of the established watch brands don't take more risks with the shape/design of the watch case, often sticking to plain round, rectangle, square or tonneau designs. Instead, I see more of the microbrands, like the Visitor examples below, pushing the norms. The sloping edges on those Visitor Calligraph Duneshore watches are striking, which may explain why there is a waiting list for the watches. The Zodiac Sea Dragon also offers a modestly unique case design. I wouldn't call either case design drastic, but just different enough to make you take a second look.
Please post pictures of your watches with unique case designs/shapes and show me that my premise is wrong. I'd be happy to see other examples.
