    What a Grand day...

I picked up my first Grand Seiko earlier this week, it's a Hi-Beat GMT.

First impressions....... well, what can I say..... just wow!!

It's a spectacular watch, it's conservative yet refined. It doesn't look luxurious (to a civilian, i.e. non-WIS) but it sure does feel special wearing it. It's a keeper for sure.

What better way to start it off other than having a Japanese lunch...

Absolutely gorgeous... that snowflake dial... Congrats man! Wear it in good health!
A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
