    What is My Collection Missing?

Ok gents, I have a modest achievement coming up in about 4 months and am planning a nice watch to commemorate the event. This is my current collection (Top to bottom & L-R):

    Suunto Traverse
    Citizen 8700 Chrono
    Tag GC cal 8 GMT
    Tag GC cal 17 RS2
    Hamilton Auto Chrono
    Frederique Constant Worldtimer

Lately I've been drawn to a few pilots, but am open to other suggestions as well. Answers to the questions I know you will ask:

-Budget... around $6K max (will go over if I fall in love with it)
-I am ok with a used piece
-I have been thinking of parting with the Hamilton, it just doesn't get much wrist time since I picked up my last purchase (the Tag GC 8)
-The Citizen stays (wedding gift from my wife, it was all we could afford back then, but has too much sentimental value) and the FC stays - it was my 5th anniversary gift from my wife
-And finally... I have gone through the full hate-love-hate-admire stages with Rolex. Never owned one, but I would be open to it now

The GC 8 GMT is what I find myself grabbing in business attire 85% of the time lately, with the other 15% going to the Freddy. Smart casual goes to the GC 17 if the black & red strap matches my attire, otherwise it's the GC 8 again. Casual goes to the Citizen or Suunto.

So... if this were your collection, what would your next piece be?

    Thanks!
    Jason

    - Stowa fliegers are reasonably priced and very well made. Or check the tourby vintage flieger.

A cool modern interpretation of the pilot style with manufacture movement and lots of deep engineering is offered by Damasko.
    No need to pay more.

IWC Big Pilot but you'll need a little bit more than $6k.

I absolutely love the IWC Big Pilot, and it has a power reserve indicator, a complication none of my current pieces have and something I've always wanted. But they are a bit beyond my price point right now.

I have considered the Oris Pro Pilot 111, as I think it's a beautiful piece. But I can never seem to find one to see in the flesh.

No, believe it or not, I've never actually owned a diver watch. Not an actual diver, so never had a NEED for one... but certainly not opposed to the style of one gracing my collection.
I've only been collecting for the past 2 years or so now.

I love the Big Pilot for the exact same reasons you mention. It's on my wish list but it's beyond my price point right now as well, though I've seen them used for around $8k or so.

Another IWC for your consideration is the Ingenieur Chronograph Racer

I like the Ingenieur, but feel it's a tad too close to my GC 17 for occasions I would end up wearing it. IWC is definitely on my radar though.

By the way, you mentioned the Oris Pro Pilot 111. I haven't seen one in the flesh either but it is a great looking watch and I'm sure it would be a solid choice! Take a look at the Zenith pilots also.
