    What would you pick next

First of all I would like to say hello. I stumbled onto this forum just a little bit ago and it is probably a mistake. I love watches and this place is going to get me to spend money when I shouldn't I have had a love of watches since I was little as my Dad used to collect them. It started with Seiko's, then to my first purchase which was a Tag SE/L onto the various collection I have below. Based on all the other needs of living and knowing that watches are a want I get to buy a nice piece every two years or so.

If you were me what would be your next purchase to add to my collection? Lastly it appears on here you can get good deals and there are some reputable folks. Is there a list or a section that highlights the good and the bad? I am so hesitant to buy from anyone other than an authorized dealer as I got burned on a Rolex in my younger, more naive days. I know the real deals are out there I am so afraid to buy a fake.

Welcome...the people around here know the places to buy and the ones to steer clear of.
Just ask and you will get an answer.

Based on what you have, I'd say a chrono is in order! The Daytona and Tudor are both sweet, obviously at different price points so go with whatever moves you.

I would have voted BLNR except you have the sub and I think that is somewhat duplicated minus the GMT function. If the GMT function is important...go with that. The BLNR is one of my two favorite Rolex watches.

A fine list of contenders. Go with the one that speaks to you the most but not on impulse. I agree that a chrono is in order. I personally can't wear Panerai because they are just too bulky for my taste. The Daytona is certainly better than the Tudor but you are comparing 2 different budgets. Depending on how you plan to wear it, the Daytona can be dressed up more and could be worn with a suit. The Tudor is a great weekend watch and with the steel bracelet is fine for most people at work unless you work on Wall Street or are an attorney. I also think with the NATO strap it is a quintessential Summer watch and perfect for beach vacations any time of year.

You realize what "duplicitous" means right? Not applicable here.
To OP, if you can afford the most expensive one, go with that one. Reasoning? You like it already and it will be more expensive later on.
Specifically, Daytona over Panerai, BLNR over Tudor.

Pretty even results so far. thanks so much and keep the votes coming.

To answer a few of the comments. Purpose for wearing I don't really care. I will wear any of my watches with any outfit from shorts to a suit, I know probably different from most to like to match up the occasion. While I LOVE the GMT I am concerned it is too close to the Sub and the Sub would collect dust, and I LOVE my Sub. Lastly, I don't care about the functions of the watch from a NEED standpoint (i.e. I don't dive so I don't have to have the features on the Doxa) etc. I do like Chrono's A LOT as I find myself wearing the Breitling the most of all my watches. Lastly one watch I didn't include but I like as well is the Breitling Emergency watch, again I don't NEED that function, I like it.

    Keep the poll going.

Ok, but at least explain what the word means, rather than just putting someone down! - it was obvious to me that "some duplication would occur" was the intended meaning, even if the incorrect word was used, and I would agree two Submariner like watches would be overkill in a smaller collection.

That leaves the Daytona for me, as not a huge fan of the others, although I agree a Monaco would be a consideration if it was in the given choices.
