I was going through my phone clearing out some of the junk pictures and realized how many different "collection" pics I took over the last year. Talk about a year of change , I think I only have one watch that survived my year of constant change. In the end I think I am really happy with where I am at the moment, and I've had the chance to own some great watches even if only for a short time. Looking forward to what the next year brings. Here is how the year went.
Pic 1-November 2016- Omega Railmaster Chrono, Speedmaster Pro, OP Blue, Breitling Navitimer 806, Damasko, Grandfathers Seiko (can't wear it but would never get rid of it)
Pic 2-December 2016- Just had to have the new Tudor BB Bronze
Pic 3-April 2017- Added Panerai 183, and GO Senator Chrono XL, traded the Damasko towards the GO
Pic 4-August 2017- Felt like trimming the collection a bit to change it up. Sold the OP, Tudor BB Bronze which wasn't getting the wrist time due to it's thickness, and Speedy Pro which is a nice watch it just didn't feel as unique as I wanted.
Pic 5-November 2017- Sold Breitling Navitimer 806 and Traded the Panerai towards my new IWC. My recent additions are the Grand Seiko Snowflake and an IWC Portuguese 7 Day 5001
What a year! I feel like I have really learned a lot about watches and what I like and don't like over the last year. I feel like I have a great core of a collection to build from going into 2018
