What was your first “nice” watch? Would you ever sell it?

    1. What watch do you consider to be your first nice watch? Could be first luxury, first automatic, first WIS-inspired watch, or whatever “nice” means to you.

    2. Do you still have it and would you ever consider selling it?

Zenith Dual Time with azure dial is a keeper. Yesterday I was wearing it while looking at watches and the sales assistant was amazed how thin it was.

My first truly expensive watch: Zenith El Primero Defy Classic Open. Will never ever sell it, even if I don’t wear it anymore. Having said that, I still gets some occasional wrist time and always puts a smile on my face.

My first "nice" watch is a first generation Ball Fireman. I still have it twelve years later, and still love it. I did a review in the Ball forum on it several years ago, and was a co-winner (along with Balldy)--one of the judges was watch enthusiast Eric Singer (Kiss drummer), who wrote a nice note about the review--we each won another Ball watch. Sold the prize watch long ago, but will always keep the Fireman--represents a sentimental journey of sorts.
