    Whats missing?

Recent thoughts are upgrade ALS 1815 YG 36 mm to ALS 1815 WG 38.5 mm OR replace ALS with Dornbluth up/down 38.5 mm OR replace Omega AT Skyfall with Omega FOIS Speedy. The SubC stays. Three is my magic number, 36-40 mm fits my 6.5-6.75" wrist and its really nice to have white, black and blue dial for variety... What do you think? A different suggestion? Thanks!

    I'd keep that Lange

Id replace that Omega with something fun. The speedy is okay but my money would go in this blue dialled watch:

Out of your two options, think I would lean towards the upgrade to the up/down. Maybe I just feel your rotation might be skewed a bit if you go more sporty from the AT to the FOIS. Right now you have a good mix from pure dress to pure sport with the AT right inbetween.

If could change out the Omega for like an AP RO, VC overseas, or Patek, which could slide into that all rounder slot, I would vote that, way over letting go of that already beautiful 1815.

Keep the ALS, keep the Sub, replace the AT with the Milgauss

Get the FOIS and you have a dress watch, a chrono and a diver. If you can snag a CK2998 LE instead of a standard FOIS you have a white and blue panda dial for variety (instead of 2 black dialed sporty watches).

The other options leave you with duplication.

are you just bored and looking for a change? I'd have a hard time improving on that trio.

+1 to that. Go for the FOIS.

I'd definitely get the FOIS. The Lange is great and so is the Sub. The FOIS is probably the watch I regret selling the most, I got a decent deal on mine and now the price seems to have increased.

good question, I'm still trying to figure it all out. I too feel it will be difficult to improve on this. My latest idea is upgrading current ALS to 1815 in WG 38.5 mm, which is the more recent version, keep the Sub and it's a toss-up between keeping the AT or flipping that for FOIS with black dial or perhaps CK 2998 LE as per above. I know... All over the map ; )
