Where to learn watch repair to use toward a new career

Several years ago I started to collect watches. I have always enjoy fixing things and thought I would learn how to repair/re finish watches as a new career. I am in my early 50s, semi retired and board. I am looking for something new to do.
The problem is finding a good school. I can not travel to go away to school. I live in central Florida and in my search I have not been able to find a school near by. I have looked for on line schools and I am not sure of the quality of their programs to be able to find a job with their certificate. Has anyone used any on line schools that they can recommend? What would the the approximate cost be and about how long do the programs take to complete? Any information would help.

    Thanks
