Where to send an Eterna for service?

Was thinking of having my eterna kontiki serviced within the next year. I’ll be looking for more then a basic lube job (hand replacement). Is there even an eterna service department still? If not, is anyone aware of someone that can service it properly, and replace the hands with an oem kontiki set?

Have you contacted Eterna or looked on their website? I found 5 companies listed there for USA service. If the watch is out of warranty also consider having a good local repair do the work.

Try Corum(Eterna's parent brand) first. Eterna hasn't responded to any of my inquiries in the last 6 months. Corum handed off to one of their AD in the US...who weren't really helpful either.

Stoll used to be the Authorized Factory service center for Eterna in the United States, not sure if they still are, but I'm sure they can fix whatever is wrong with it. They are the factory service center for a bunch of Swiss brands so your not sending it to a fly by night company.

Local watchmaker is what I would recommend for an Eterna. Try yelp.

Most recent Kontiki like the OPs have common Sellita movements which are ETA clones (excepting the very latest LE Kontiki which have a new inhouse movement ) and most watchmakers can probably handle them.
