Picture WiW - What is Wrong

Hi all, hope you are enjoying Christmas Time.

Speaking about time, I thought it was time to post another WiW. It's not the date, the time, but something is definitely wrong with this watch. Do you know what it is?

Oh, and feel free to join in, and post your WiW

Does it have to do with the sub-dial hands? Should they match, or should the lumed red one be on the seconds sub-dial at 9 to differentiate it from the chrono-related sub-dials?

I'll have a guess, the lug spacing seems a bit off. The photo is at an angle, but the top lugs seem to be wider so bent lugs? Also, who would have an ill-fitting strap on such a nice piece (space on bottom lugs).
Oh, and happy 100 posts to me!

After a quick web search and seeing others pictured having a lume-tipped chrono seconds hand, I'm agreeing with complicated's answer.

That is the design of this watch.

Yes, Complicated is correct. The standard chrono sweep seconds hand had an arrow tip filled with lume.
