    Women's watch suggestions

So my girlfriend texted me from work today and said she was looking for a new watch (she's actually interested in my watches and appreciates quality). She sent me a link for this model:

I actually really like the look of this model (especially like the red seconds hand!), however, I'm concerned that the folded link bracket will feel cheap. Is there anything similar with a solid bracelet around $100?

Thanks in advance for the ideas guys!

Don't really know much about women's watches, but I've never had a Seiko bracelet that felt cheap. They are usually quite well made, and I would assume they have the same build quality in their women's watches

I have a cheapo Casio with a folded bracelet and it's really naff but I have a Seiko with one and it's much better so give that one a punt.

Thanks guys. It really is a nice looking piece. Maybe I'll go ahead and pick it up and give the bracelet a chance.

I bought my girlfriend the SNK789K a few years ago and she enjoys it very much. It looks a lot like the model you referenced though the price listed on Amazon is much less than your model. In any case, I got it for about $50 so no complaints there. Yes, the bracelet feels a bit cheap and not that sturdy, but at that price there's really nothing to argue with. Seiko is a solid brand and at that price it's really hard to beat.

Look into the orient Charlene models. I bought one for my lady and she likes it.

Get the Seiko. I've bought these two for my wife over the last year or so, and she loves them.

Obviously, I've swapped out the bracelets for leather straps.
