    Zenith EL Primero Chronomaster

Was offered USD 3000 for this. Box and papers included.
    Is it worth to get?

Is this watch considered rare since it was discontinued years ago?
    Thanks in advance.

Yes I think so. There is one in platinum available for around 10k.
You can't buy love; but you pay heavily for it.

It's a somewhat cluttered design. Discontinued does not equal rare, it just means they no longer produce it. Value is in the eye of the beholder. Zenith generally makes good watches, but that says nothing about the condition and use/abuse of that particular watch. Were you looking for a 10-15 year old $3k full calendar moonphase chronograph? For comparison, there are models by Omega and Longines that do the same at similar price points used or new (respectively).

The price is lower than any others on chrono24, so maybe it is a good deal if it has been serviced.

The Zenith Chronomaster is powered by the famed El-Primero movement, while the Omega & Longines used run of the mill Valjoux 77xx.

Do you like the style of the watch? I don't care for it so I voted no.

Not a fan of the design, but I do value that it is an El Primero. If it were my money, I would pass on it due to considerations of opportunity cost (I much more prefer other watches at this price point).

Hi-beat movement, a brand with some pedigree and history, and a movement with that many complications for $3000 USD? Many people would call that a bargain.

My only concern would be the condition of the watch, and do you have a channel through which you could have the watch serviced? (I have no AD in my region, so this is of concern to me as a Zenith owner...)
