Great improvement over the stock insert, well done with that mod!

I assume it is aftermarket GMTc insert, was that a direct swap?

Yep. Just found a 38mm insert in eBay and it dropped right in.

Yea I’ve considered getting the coke one a few times.

I just grabbed a “38mm ceramic gmt insert” off eBay and it fits perfectly.

Super inexpensive and a great upgrade!

you should try dremelling out the bezel a little so the ceramic sits flush though.
The ceramic is perfectly flush with the crystal. There is a small lip between the insert and the bezel ring... (I usually don’t do any grinding on anything more expensive than and invicta )

Had it on a nato this weekend and on a whim I put it back on its stock bond bracelet today.

So...a ceramic bezel insert cost $15...and watch companies charge how much more for this "premium upgrade?"

    Looks fantastic, BTW.

All the talks on how difficult it is to get blue and black or something like that
