The Spectre watch did this as well, it was the watch Craig wore in the film. Same price, but it was a limited edition, had added functionality, and came with both a limited edition Nato strap and bracelet.

That watch kept its value well, appreciated actually. Iím just not sure this watch will do that, mainly because itís not limited.

All it seems to have going for it is the titanium, but Iím not sure it demands the price increase over the standard titanium 300 Diver

    Bond Seamaster Reveal

I am torn between shelling out £7k for this or keeping this one and just letting it age.

The issue I have with this new Bond watch is itís an SMP but they seem to be passing this watch off as a military issue tool watch (with the crows foot and serial numbers on the back. If so like my SM300 it would be better served with broad arrow hands and serrated bezel not escaloped (a real requirement for diving or when wearing gloves). If it had been close to the black SMP of yester year I may have been sold.

I will wait to see it in person but may get the Ti mesh for my TI POís to mix it up a bit.

    Cheers

If I remember correctly, the standard Ti 300m is 2 tone.

    Yes you are correct.

I was thinking of this titanium piece though, also in the same catalog, since the materials are closer and itís also a ďspecialĒ piece (ENTZ) and has more complications

The way Omega shotguns hundreds of models at different price points, there is no reason to look into this one particular watch any deeper than ďbuy itĒ or ďpassĒ. Itís not that significant of a model to consider it a indication of anything within the business structure of Omega.

I like the look. Not sure I'll own one, but it's good looking watch.
