I love vintage Tudors with Rolex crowns and casebacks. It's like the truest demonstration of how stubborn Hans Wilsdorf was haha.

You are a marvelous drinker. That watch is pretty styling too!

Nice - I gave a bottle of 12 year Balvenie just like yours to my daughter's boyfriend for Christmas. EDIT - WOOPS I'M WRONG, THE BOTTLE I GAVE HIM WAS BALVENIE AGED IN RUM CASKS, NOT DOUBLEWOOD.

I kept the 12y Yamazaki and 18y Glenlivit for myself, but it turns out I prefer the Yamazaki more, as well as the 15y Dalwhinnie that we finished off that same night.

I'm a pretty big fan of the Balvenie 12, Glenlivet (15 & 18) and Dalwhinnie. Will have to try the Yamazaki.

Nice thread topic. I'll have a go.

First off is a special one - Macallan 1700 series Chairmans release with the 911 flightmaster

Glenfiddich 125 Anniversary Edition with the 42mm PO

Glenfiddich 15 yo Distillery Edition with the Speedy Pro

Now on to the Welsh whisky's. I've only recently discovered these, and I must say they are very different, but very enjoyable.

    Penderyn Legend with the SMPc

    Penderyn Celt with the SMP

And a bit of a cheeky one as I ran out of Omegas. Penderyn Myth with the Tudor Heritage Chrono

Great pairings! And thanks for the tip on the Welsh whiskies. Not sure I can get my hands on them here, but I'll have a look around.

I don't usually drink Ace of Spades Rosé out of magnum, but if friends are passing it out...

And here is a close-up. I know you probably think the black velvet band sucks. I have had people try to give me watch bands as gifts--a not subtle way of telling me to change it. But it has sentimental value, so I'm not changing it. ; P
