    Fast hands

Hi all - Iíve been noticing that the hour totalizer subdial hands advance faster than expected.

In the picture below, the minutes subdial hand is pointing to 54 minutes but the hour subdial hand has already advanced to 1 hour - so itís 6 minutes fast.
    Is this normal?

Is the hand perfectly centered when it's reset?

Hmm now to think of it - the hour subdial hand is off by a smidge to the right. Iíll post a pic of the chrono reset, when the hour subdial hand is at 1 hour and when the minute subdial hand is at 60 mins.

When I saw this thread I just happened to have mine running, and it was close to hitting the 3 hour mark.

As the chrono seconds hand approached the 60 seconds mark the chrono minute hand changed to the 30 seconds position (indicating 60 seconds) and the chrono hour hand was dead accurate at 3 hours.

I took some pictures if anyone would like me to post them.

Good to know your subdial recorder hands are accurate. I think my hour hand is misaligned. Itís off by a bit went at rest and off by the and amount at an hour.

Iím in the same boat. The only gripe I have about my speedy is the usefulness of the chrono... difficult to read how long itís been running. Just ran it for 49 minutes and youíll see the hour dial is already fully on 1. When I reset I can see the hour hand is just a hair to the right of the 12.
